Not unless you want them to. White-label is my default operating mode. I communicate through your
channels, use your branding, and present as part of your team. Discretion isn’t an add-on — it’s how I’ve
worked for most of my career.
How do you handle communication across time zones?
I’m based in Indonesia (GMT+7), which gives good overlap with North American afternoons and all of the Asian business day. For critical phases and launches, I adjust my hours. For ongoing work, async communication through Slack or email works well — I respond within a few hours during my working day.
What if we need changes after launch?
That’s expected, not an inconvenience. Most of my agency partnerships include ongoing work after the initial build. We can structure this as a retainer, hourly arrangement, or project-based — whatever fits your billing model with your client.
Do you work with other agencies, or would we be exclusive?
I work with a small number of agency partners. I don’t overcommit. If I’m at capacity, I’ll tell you honestly rather than take on work I can’t deliver well. I also never work with your direct competitors — if that matters to you, we can discuss it.
What’s your pricing model?
That depends on the arrangement — project-based, hourly, or retainer. I’m transparent about costs and happy to discuss specifics once I understand your needs. I work from Indonesia, which means agency-quality work at rates that leave healthy margins for your business.
