SERVICES

I build with WordPress.
That’s the whole focus.

No branding, no ad campaigns, no SEO strategy. I partner with the people who do those things and handle the part that actually gets built.

NEW PROJECT

WordPress Builds

From design files to a working site. Clean, fast, and built to last.

You bring the design — a Figma file, a sketch on a napkin, a reference site you like — and I turn it into a working WordPress site. Every build is custom. I don’t use cookie-cutter templates and drop your logo in.

I care about the things your visitors won’t consciously notice but will feel: fast page loads, clean typography, forms that actually work, mobile layouts that don’t break. The invisible things that separate a professional site from one that merely exists.

Typically includes

  • Custom theme development
  • Responsive design implementation
  • Performance optimization
  • SEO-ready structure
  • Content migration
  • Launch support & QA
  • Training for your team
  • Post-launch check-in

AGENCIES

Agency Partnership

Your brand, my development. Your clients never need to know.

If you run a marketing agency, design studio, or consultancy and you need WordPress builds done properly without hiring in-house — that’s most of what I do.

I work as an extension of your team. I use your project management tools, follow your naming conventions, communicate in your channels. Your clients interact with you. I’m behind the curtain, building what you’ve promised.

Most of my career has been in this model. I understand the pace, the pressure, and the importance of getting it right the first time — because your reputation is on the line, not just mine.

How this typically works

  • White-label development
  • Your tools, your workflow
  • Direct communication via Slack, Teams, etc.
  • Project-based or retainer arrangements
  • Overflow capacity when you need it
  • Complete confidentiality
  • Scope management & realistic timelines
  • Flexible availability across time zones

Retainers

Ongoing Development

Your brand, my development. Your clients never need to know.

WordPress sites need regular attention — plugin updates, security patches, content changes, new features, performance tuning. Most developers build and disappear. I don’t.

I offer ongoing development relationships where I’m available on a regular basis for whatever comes up. New landing page needed by Thursday? Done. Plugin conflict after an update? I’ll fix it. Client wants a new feature they saw on a competitor’s site? Let’s talk through it.

This isn’t a managed hosting upsell. It’s having a developer who already knows your site, your preferences, and your stack — available when you need them.

Covers things like

  • WordPress core & plugin updates
  • Security monitoring & patches
  • Content updates & new pages
  • Performance improvements
  • New feature development
  • Bug fixes & troubleshooting
  • Monthly reporting (optional)
  • Priority response times

Existing Sites

Rescue & Rebuild

Inherited a mess? I’ve seen worse. Let’s fix it.

Sometimes you take on a client and their site is a disaster — bloated with plugins, painfully slow, held together with duct tape. Or maybe your previous developer vanished and left no documentation. I’ve walked into both situations more times than I can count.

I start with an audit: what’s broken, what’s slow, what’s a security risk, and what’s actually worth keeping. Then we decide together whether to fix what’s there or start fresh. Not every site needs a rebuild — sometimes surgical fixes are enough.

Common scenarios

  • Slow sites that need speed optimization
  • Broken layouts or theme conflicts
  • Plugin conflicts & cleanup
  • Security issues & malware removal
  • Migration from other platforms
  • Mobile responsiveness fixes
  • Accessibility improvements
  • Full site rebuild on clean foundation

PROCESS

How every project moves forward

Simple, transparent, no surprises. Every engagement follows this rhythm.

1

Conversation

We talk about your project — scope, timeline, goals, constraints. No formal proposal until I understand what you actually need. This usually takes one call or a few emails.

2

Scope & agreement

I send a clear scope document — what’s included, what’s not, timeline, and cost. No hidden fees, no vague deliverables. If the scope changes, we talk about it before it becomes a problem.

3

Development

I build on a staging environment so you can see progress as it happens. Regular updates through whatever tools you use — Slack, Trello, email, Asana. You’ll never wonder where things stand.

4

Review & launch

We review together, make revisions, test across devices and browsers, and launch when it’s ready. Not when it’s rushed — when it’s ready.

5

After launch

I don’t disappear. I stay available for questions, quick fixes, and the things that inevitably come up in the first few weeks. Most of my clients stay on for ongoing work — and that says more than any testimonial.
